Russell Loo, aka Eleven, is a good ol' "Georgia boy" from the east coast. Although still relatively new to the industry, his concepts of mash ups and pop art designs are unmatched. Drawing since childhood, he pursued studies in the arts in both high school and college. After college he went on to work in another medium, opening his own photography company while still creating digital and pen art in his free time. In 2013 Russell moved to Las Vegas and continued in photography while always gravitating towards the tattoo industry. During the shut down (Covid 19), everything shifted and he began his journey into the tattoo industry. He worked with a variety of amazing artists until he came to Revolt Tattoos, where he got his apprenticeship with Joey Hamilton (Ink Master). He studied closely with Joey and the rest of the artists in the shop to absorb all the masters had to offer. Russell enjoys anything fandom, from Disney to Anime to movies and video games.
